The House

The house was built in 2002 along traditional lines with white rendered walls and slate roof. The house is spacious, bright and freshly decorated with gas central heating. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin room, feature lounge with beautiful open stone fire and a stunning south facing outlook over the loch. There is a large kitchen with range style cooker, open fire and patio doors to the rear, bathroom and utility room. On the first floor there is one further double bedroom and separate music studio which also has a double bed settee. The surrounding garden is grassed with a patio area and extensive herb garden. Mature woodland to the back of the house supports a host of bird life and wildlife with Red Squirrels, Greater Spotted woodpeckers and owls frequent visitors. There is a small burn running alongside the house and spectacular open views of Loch Fyne to the front and side of the croft.

The lounge is South facing and has large picture windows looking over Loch Fyne. A further window looks out to the west down the croft. The living room has recently been fully refurnished and redecorated. There is a stunning stone fire in the corner of the room with a TV, DVD and music stereo for entertainment.

The Kitchen

The Fully fitted kitchen is a large welcoming room with dining table, range style gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and an open fire. There are large windows and patio doors facing North to the mature woodlands and West over the croft. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room which has a Belfast sink, washing machine, and freezer.

The master bedroom has cherry wood furniture, full length mirrored wardrobes and large south facing windows with magnificent views over Loch Fyne and the surrounding countryside. There is also a Jack 'n' Jill En-suite shower room ajoining bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3

Is a spacious North facing twin room with views onto the mature woodland at the rear of the house.
